What we collect

• Purchase data: your email address, name and payment details entered at Stripe checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe only.
• Messages: the name, email address, rating and message you send through our contact form or by email.

Why we use it

• To deliver your Course access link and receipt (performance of a contract).
• To answer your questions and improve the Course (legitimate interest and your consent).
• To meet accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your separate consent.

Who processes it

Stripe processes payments. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf to run the website and deliver emails. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as required by accounting law. Support messages are deleted when no longer needed to help you.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. After a purchase we set one strictly necessary cookie that remembers you have access to the course. Stripe may set cookies needed to process payments securely.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to info@investortips.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
