1. The product
InvestorTips sells access to an online educational course about passive income investing (the "Course") for a one-time price of €19.90, including any applicable taxes. After payment you receive a personal access link to the Course dashboard by email.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The email address you enter at checkout is used to deliver your access link and receipt.
3. Immediate access and right of withdrawal
The Course is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been delivered. If you do not receive your access link or cannot open the Course, contact us at info@investortips.eu and we will fix it.
4. Education only, not financial advice
The Course is general education. It is not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your individual situation into account. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
5. Investment risk
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. Returns are never guaranteed. Examples and calculations shown on this website or in the Course are illustrative only and are not a forecast of future results. Only invest money you can afford to lose.
6. Third-party platforms and links
The Course refers to third-party investment platforms. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their services. Some links in the Course may be referral or affiliate links, which means we may receive a fee if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. Such links are marked in the Course.
7. Licence to use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Course. Sharing your access link or redistributing the Course content is not permitted.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InvestorTips is not liable for any investment losses or indirect damages arising from the use of the Course. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
